Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment transactions
  • Failed subscription activation after payment
  • Technical issues caused by our platform preventing service access

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Partial subscription usage
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • User-side technical issues

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
